Occupational Therapy That Comes to You — Across the Lifespan

• Where does the occupational therapy sessions take place?

  • Occupational therapy comes to you. We can meet in your home, at your office, a park, library or in the community. She brings the necessary supplies and tools based on your goals. ​​

• What area do you service?

  • We service San Luis Obispo County. If you live out of city limits, you may be charged an additional travel fee.

• Do you take insurance?​

  • We do not take insurance, however are willing to provide a super bill to private insurance companies at your request. However, this does not quarantee reimbursement from your insurance company.

• Do you take Medicare?

  • Our practice specializes in wellness and health optimization services, which are not covered by Medicare and are therefore offered on a self-pay basis.

• How much does it cost?

  • Each visit is 45 minutes at $150​

​

• Do you do evaluations only?

  • Yes, we recommend 90 minutes. This can be in one 90 session ($300) or two 45 minute sessions. ​

• ​Do I need a physician referral?

  • We provide direct to you care, so no physician referral is necessary. We are happy to collaborate and communicate with your physician at your discretion. ​​​
